For those who have never heard the story: Van Halen DID make the promoters remove the brown M&Ms, but they weren't trying to be jerks, necessarily. It was just a TEST. They included that line to make sure that the promoters were paying attention, and had actually combed through the entire rider. So basically, if there was a bowl of M&M's . . . with all the brown ones removed . . . the band figured that the promoter had also meticulously taken care of the more IMPORTANT aspects of the rider, such as lighting, staging, security, ticketing. For any media outlet to speculate otherwise is reckless, thoughtless and irresponsible." It's called Toygaroo, and basically it's the Netflix of toys. For a monthly fee, you can RENT toys. Then after a month or two . . . once your kids are sick of them . . . you return them. The cheapest plan is $24.99-a-month, which gets you four toys every other month. The most expensive plan is $52.99-a-month, for eight toys every month. But, based on what toys cost, they say you can save HUNDREDS or THOUSANDS of dollars a year instead of actually buying them. Of course, the ultimate question here is . . . are you kids going to be disappointed that their toys are rented and not theirs to keep? Ticketmaster Has Agreed to Reimburse Customers for Not Properly Disclosing Its Outrageous Fees

Ticketmaster is known for two things: Selling tickets, and charging outrageous "processing fees." But now they're offering to settle an eight-year-old class action lawsuit by reimbursing their customers . . . a little.

Here's what you need to know about the proposed settlement:

#1.) Customers are entitled to a $1.50 refund for each ticket they purchased between October 21st of 1999 and October 19th of this year. You can also get an additional $5 for each ticket that you received through UPS' expedited shipping.

#2.) Both of those are limited to 17 orders . . . so that's a total of $25.50 for the tickets, and $110.50, if you qualify for the UPS credits.

#3.) The settlement will cost Ticketmaster at least $11.25 million over the next four years. If the claims don't reach that amount, the rest will be donated to charity.

So, how do YOU get your share? Here's how that will work.

Ticketmaster isn't cutting you a check. Instead, you'll have to use your refund on future purchases within four years. To do that, you'll receive special codes through the email address connected to your Ticketmaster account.

This won't be happening soon. A "final approval hearing" is scheduled for May 29th, so don't expect any codes before that. (--Although you may have received an email about the situation already.)

That sounds good, but there is some BAD NEWS. Ticketmaster can still charge insane processing fees . . . they just have to indicate that it's for PROFIT, not actually "processing." And that's what they're going to do.

It's happening. BLACK SABBATH are reuniting for a world tour AND a new album. OZZY OSBOURNE, guitarist TONY IOMMI, bassist GEEZER BUTLER and drummer BILL WARD are working on new music with producer Rick Rubin. There's no title or release date yet, but it's expected to come out sometime next fall. It'll be their first album together in 33 years. The last one, "Never Say Die!", came out in 1978.

Have you ever tried that trick with your dog where you balance a treat on its nose? Well, most dogs can't do it. But there's at least one dog on YouTube that can balance 36 OF THEM. It's like an entire Jenga tower on its nose. And of course in the end, the owner finally says, "Get 'em!"

Someone Found a Way to Combine Beef Jerky and Potato Chips

The word "genius" gets thrown around a lot these days . . . but in this case, it is ABSOLUTELY deserved. Because only a genius could find a way to combine two delicious snack foods as perfectly as this.

A company called Rowan Lane has invented CHERKEES . . . which are a hybrid of BEEF JERKY and POTATO CHIPS.

--This isn't jerky-flavored potato chips, or thin crispy pieces of beef jerky. They've actually blended meat and potatoes and turned them into honest-to-god jerky potato chips.

--Right now they've got two flavors: Cracked pepper and hot pepper. Teriyaki and barbecue are coming soon.

--These things are actually healthier than regular potato chips . . . they're not deep fried, they're low fat, and they have 12 grams of protein per serving.

--Unfortunately, as soon as these showed up online yesterday, people FLOODED the website to buy them at $5-a-bag, and Cherkees are temporarily sold out.
